Thanks to DDP Yoga, I breezed through what had been some lifelong goals (get to 170 lbs, have knees healthy enough to run on, stick with an exercise program) in under 90 days.
So now it is time for some new goals! Amongst others, I am going to run a half-marathon in October. Me! Old me could never imagine even signing up for a 5K, but having run two of them in the first 90 days, it’s time to dream big. I am all signed up and paid, and I am getting ready to train for it. I have chosen the Hal Hidgon method, and I love that it has space for DDP Yoga. Cross training? DDP yoga is a massive cardio exertion so it fits into that slot nicely (without any of the injury risk associated with typical cross training activities). Strengthen and stretch? DDP Yoga does that too!
