Here we are at Day 90. I’ll blog more comprehensively about these last 90 days, but I wanted to check in with my awesome measurements:
I am now at 157 lbs. I started this journey at 192 just 90 days ago. In 90 short days I lost 35 lbs, 13 more than I even had the imagination to dream of when I first thought up my goals on Day 0.
My strength, flexibility, weight, knees, and life have all improved in that time.
